"How long does shipping take?"
We’re currently a print-on-demand fashion brand, so most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. We know that’s a bit longer than ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience. Thanks to your support, our goal is to shift to local printing soon—so we can deliver your orders much faster!

"What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong order?"
We’re so sorry if something isn’t right with your order! If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us right away. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or resolving the issue as quickly as possible—no hassle, no stress.

"How should I wash my items?"
To help your pieces last, we recommend washing them in cold water on a gentle cycle and letting them air dry when possible. This helps preserve the fabric, fit, and print quality. If you prefer using a dryer, choose a low-heat setting.
